According to TSSAA, no one is allowed to conduct or participate in any outside activities if the heat advisory is 104 degrees or higher. Please stay hydrated and if going outside at all, use sunscreen and protection! I would highly recommend avoiding anything outside for extended periods of time in these conditions.
